Shipping policy

LUMEÉ LUXE will use third pary logistics partners to fullfill shipping requirments. For regular website orders, we will get your product dispatched in 7 to 14 Business days. For Bulk and Custom Orders, delivery timeline will be different which we will convey over email/phone. However, we are not liable for shipping delays, wrong address/contact number/name of receiver entered by the user.

If delivery partner will not be able to deliver the product due to customer un-availibity and the product returns back to our office, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs inccured in this. If the product is custom made, we will ship the product again after receiving shipping charges from customer.

If the product is damaged in the return shipping due to customer un-availibility or non - acceptance or any other reason, we will not return any amount as the product will be considered as sold and delivered.

We will not be able to refund any amount in case of customer non-acceptace of order on Delivery for Custom Orders.
