Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you need to record and send unboxing video of the package through whatsapp on +91 8114411812. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Return

  1. If Candle Jar/Reed Diffuser Jar/Car Perfume is broken in delivery (Video Proof of Unboxing Required) then return may be accepted after reviewing video proof of unboxing.
  2. You have received entirely different product from what you ordered (Different Sculpture candle, different Jar, different shape of mold Candle.) then return may be accepted after reviewing video proof of unboxing.
  3. Different fragrance received will not be acceptable for items which does not give option to choose fragrance while placing order.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Cost of return shipping will be covered only in case of Wrong/Broken item delivery. We will need the Product condition proof (Videos and Photos) to decide if product is viable for return shipping or not. Items sent back to us without prior requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and Discounted Items.

Fragrance and Burn not up to your liking will not be considered as a valid reason to accept Return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
